Please share your required capsule format, estimated quantity, preferred color, lid requirements, any logo or printing needs, and destination. The more relevant information you provide, the easier it is to review your project.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Available stock empty aluminum capsule orders start from 1,000 pcs. Customized projects, including custom colors or printing, generally start from 20,000 pcs depending on the confirmed requirements.
Can I request samples before placing a commercial order?
Yes. Samples are available for product and compatibility evaluation before commercial purchasing. Standard sample lead time is typically 3–7 days, depending on requirements and availability.
Can you provide custom colors, logo printing and matching lids?
Yes. We offer 35+ stock colors and support custom colors, logo and pattern printing, as well as suitable matching lid options for applicable projects.
How do I confirm whether a capsule is compatible with my application?
Share your required capsule format, coffee system or filling application with us. Physical samples can be evaluated with your intended filling, sealing and production setup before volume purchasing.
How long does production take?
Applicable stock orders typically have a lead time of approximately 15–30 days. Mass-production lead time is generally 15–45 days depending on quantity, specifications and customization requirements.
